trouble tickets
I placed a trouble ticket a week ago because i could not upgrade my backup machine for hoster. Is it unusual for it to take so long to answer. The status reads "Not Viewed"

I am very sorry on the delay, but when you post again in your ticket before its been viewed/answered then it returns you back to the end of the list. I have fixed your issue for you.
