How to add songs.

With the new Buy Songs tab, I am taken to a site to buy. After that, I download on to my computer.

What's next? How do I get the song into my library? Also, can I do all this without disrupting the show?

Re: How to add songs.

First you need to create a folder to save these songs to, I made a folder on mine and named it downloads. Next open Tools/Songs Database, at the bottom of the dialog is a brows button for "Select directory for automatic indexing" brows to the folder you just created and select it, this will automatically index these new songs next time you start Hoster. When you purchase a song you save it to the folder you just created. If you need to play that song immediately you would have to use the k-oke button to load the song to the playlist but next time you restart Hoster it should index those songs for you.

I suggest if you intend using this you download a song as a trial to see for yourself the process so as to make up your own mind if this will disrupt your show, Also depends on how good a internet connection you have at the venue.

I have put in a request to be able to create an account with them so that you won't have to keep entering your details each time you use it, I'm told they are going to do this at some time.

Re: How to add songs.

If you download songs from other sources, download them to the same folder then they will automatically index as well the next time you start Hoster
