Please reset Code
Kindly reset my quad license reg.codes. I removed it from my slimline computer a while back and now want to move it to my acerone01 notebook but would not let me. "Registration Code was Disable". I have Quad license and duo. I just want to use hoster in this acerone01. I just have the Quad. License installed in three computers and all are just for back up right now. I submitted a support ticket last Saturday, oct. 20, 2012, but up to now haven't received a response.

The last ticket I have from you is over 2 months ago. So we did not get the ticket you sent on Saturday. I have now fixed this for you.

When I submitted my ticket las saturday. Your site give me a message that I will receive a response in 24 to 48 hours. But what I noticed is I did received that auto email response.

The ticket I submiited two months ago, was for my duo because abruptly my Rannyhp 02 laptop just quit without any indication at all, I did get a chance to uninstall my hoster duo. And when yo reset it, I uninstall one of my hoster quad from my slimline computer which I Used for the Hoster Duo, along with my RannyHp01 (as of this date). I just need to install Hoster Quad (which I Unstalled while Online and should be reset automatic) in this acerone01 computer butprevent me from doing so because Reg. Code was disabled. Please reset my code so I install it in this computer for personal use.
