khpro problem

my new computer has XP, when I try to load back-up version of khpro3.010 it accepts all codes, but when you press finish it clicks
back to desk top & doesn't load program--help!

If the back-up was created after the file was opened, it won't work. To correctly make a back-up the file should first be saved to disc. The unopened file can then be backed up. If this was done correctly, or if you're working off an MTU supplied product cd, it would appear the serial number is not being input properly. Remember the email addres and serial number are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown in your instructions. If not input properly, the program simply aborts, just as you described.

Thanks George! I Got The Problem Solved. I kept clicking "next"
during installation, but last time had xp create directory--up
and running!
