Deleting the file manually before trying to use Hoster to delete it will cause this to happen.
If this is what you did, go to your recycle bin, restore that file and then use Hoster to delete it.

Or if not you can always delete the songs.mdb and songs_backup.mdb files which will clear it out too especially since you haven't started importing yet.

Unhappy Re: help deleting song

I too have the same problem except that I have deleted them from the recycle bin as well so where do we go to get rid of the mp3g files that I loaded in before.
I have gotten rid of them in my ext. hard drive but hoster will not let me get rid of them.
I get the same message that you do.
and when you bring them up in seach it says the file not present in harddrive.
So what now I would really appreciate any help on this.

Re: help deleting song

rebuild the database or if you have Access you can manually delete those records or you can take some copies of kma's, rename them to the original diskids, put them in the original folder and use Hoster to delete them

Go to Tools/Songs Database and rebuild the database. This will eliminate all files that you already deleted.
In the future use the Edit utility to delete songs from Hoster.
