Hoster 4. to 4.11

I have windows home Vista operating system and runing Hoster 4.0
with no problems. I started to download 4.11 and got a warning asking if I
have changed to all the requirements for vista. I am wondering if I want
to change or just stay with the same 4.0 If I change and it don't work
can I go back?

Did you go to the link and see exactly what it is talking about? They are basically the same changes that had to be made to get 4.0 to work without problems.
This message is just a precaution to remind you to make the changes if you haven't done them before.
As far as going back if you have a copy of the 4.0 install program then you can go back if necessary, though I can not see why you would need to.

4.11 Rocks. I am going to stay away from the remove silence, because it is not important to me. Maybe someday it will be and it is a feature that I am sure lots of Hoster users love. The one thing I noticed that is really cool for me is the fade out when you stop a song. Bottom line in my opinion is that if you are running any 4.0 version you should go ahead and step up to 4.11.
