Brand and DiscID's missing - Reinstall Bucket.mdb to fix this

While trying to import a disc, I noticed that the Brand and discID drop down tabs were empty, does anyone know what this database is called in case somehow it was deleted? After a short time the Hoster program closes. I am still running 4.10 because of lack of memory.

The file is called Bucket.mdb. It should be located in C:\MTU\Hoster.
