For versions previous to 4.xx you will need to submit a support ticket to have your license re-set. While you are at it, move up to 3.2.

An even better idea is to upgrade your previous system to 4.09. Then you can un-install on your old machine and re-install on the new one. You would be amazed at the new features and what they can do for you.

Out of curiosity, is your old laptop Vista or XP, and is the new laptop going to be Vista or XP?

As BillyO, and Mark suggested the upgrades and minimum requirements listed in the manual, should be heeded, and adheared too, prior to loading or re-loading any Hoster version after 3.xx (Admin, still recommends XP if you can find a new install, and would downgrade from Vista to XP, if the manufacturer allows the option.
