processor minimum for 4.08

The info on the minimum for the processor speed said 1.3 but after downloading 4.08 and opening Hoster I get a message that says I have 1.27 and I need 1.50 to run hoster and all these different problems are listed that I might have if I continue, can anyone explain if this is going to be a problem or do I need to remove 4.08 and reinstall 4.06?
