you can reset the singers display in the tools menu.

Was this a video file? If so then check to see if Hoster is set for the "Old" or "New" display. You will find this under Tools\Options. If it shows "Old" then switch it to "New" and then you should be able to see the lyrics in the Preview.
This is after you reset the display so you can get your Singer's Display back from hiding.

resizing your screen while a song is playing will give you that problem, you have to resized your screen first before you play a song.

Actually the problem with resizing while playing a song was a loss of sync, not disappearing screen. Billyo is right though resize before playing not during.

try 2 displays cheaply done

Bryant This will help I hope. My computer setup has a 17" moniter attached to the motherboard, I bought a $29 video card for the second 17" moniter. This way I have a display and the singer has a display. I bought my moniters used from a computer trade show for less than $90 each last spring. this way you don't have to worry during a show about adding names and music and long down times between songs.
