Karaoke Business Contract Examples

Can anyone out there refer me to a website (or share) Karaoke business contract “examples” I can use as a basis for creating my own? I have had a few "snags" in dealing with “regular” customers (unreasonable cancellation notice, for example) that I feel could be remedied if an agreement, clearing stating expectations, is established for the record.
