Error 1706 Mesage

I downloaded the new 4.04 today and got this message at end of install. "error 1706. No valid source could be found for product hoster. The window installer cannot continue."

I've never got that error before, it says that it v 4.04.

Also my video buttons are not playing the video/sound. however just the regular wav sound files play fine.

I got that error to, However it doesn't seem to do anything with Program. i had that since 4.03

It is not important as Hoster does complete it's loading. It is even a mystery to Microsoft but occurs when installing some of their programs too. Does not effect the install though. It appears to be something to do with the installer closing before finalization of the install, even though all files are in place and registered in Windows.
