Help!!!!!

Help please. For 17 days I have been trying to seek help from MTU regarding downloading to an external hard drive and there is an issue with getting hoster to play what I have downloaded. I have read the manual and re-read the manual. I am new to the computer method of Karaoke I have always done shows with the big heavy equipment etc. I am not completely computer illiterate but I suppose I am not doing something correct. Is there anyone out there that has the time to walk me through the process so I can figure out where I have made an error. Thanks

Be sure "D" is installing Hoster on the C: drive, not their external drive.
