hoster to reinstall

Can't seem to get hoster back on Drive C:\ , it refuses to install. I have already sent a ticket to mtu a few days ago with no reply. Just sent another reminder for them to reset hoster on their end again. I is there anything else I can do in the mean time. I used to have the orignal full 2.0 version. but never backed it up on cd. Since then I purchased upgrades only but they are just up grades. I think I need the full version again just to get the program back on then follow by grading about 6 other upgrades from 2.0 to current 3.321 version. Can anyone offer help?
