Can\'t send ticket
Hi there
I am trying to send a ticket to get help but it insists that I logon to send a ticket. When I try to logon it doesn\\\'t accept my email and password combination - when I choose forget password it doesn\\\'t email me anything. In the past (which was a few years ago now) I just sent the ticket through here without having to go through an extra signin process :( Not sure who to contact to fix |

There seems to be a problem with the help login.
