the video onto 2nd monitor comes out in black & white!!
this happened after a powersurge on my laptop a Compaq presario 2500. Oddly enough I know somebody who's got the same problem with her hoster and her laptop's battery doesn't work! is there any way to reset it the color on the 2nd monitor...please help!

Go to the website for your video card and get the latest firmware (or reinstall the fimware) for your model number and see if that helps.
