![]() Hello!
My computer crashed and I need to reinstall my hoster. My backup says registration code not matching and try to reinstall....what do I do? Where do I reinstall without purchasing again? I have my registration code, email and everything, but the support ticket I sent was not getting any response. I think I'm not doing something right, I need guidance pleeese...anybody??? Thanks! Frustrated. |

When did you send the ticket? It has been taking 3-5 working days for them to get to some of the tickets and there really is nothing you can do but wait. Plus they don't have weekend staff, so the earliest they could get to it would be Monday now.

need to reinstall
Hello!
I sent the first ticket last Wednesday and sent another one last Friday. This is my first time so I'm not really sure what to do. Maybe I should've sent only one ticket and just be patient. I will wait till next week, hopefully they will respond. Thank you very much for responding, Dale! Appreciate it! Nancy |
