Please Help! Unrecognized Database Format

I can not load my Hoster. I'm getting an error message stating:

"unrecognized database format 'C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster\Databases\songs.mdb'. (3343) Would you like to see help?"

I clicked yes and got the following message:
? cannot find the jeterr35.hlp file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?

What do I have to do????

okay, i found the solution thread. Sorry. What causes this problem?

Did you open the database with Access? If you did and if you converted it or saved it, then Hoster can't recognize the file. If you are going to look at the file and edit it yoou have to save it in Access 97 format.

Otherwise if you didn't use Access then you may have just gotten a corrupted file.

I agree with Ddouglas, the file can get corrupted from Windows. Also if you opened it under Access it could have done it.
