doesn't duplicate

when i put in an original disc to copy i get the error message:
ERROR: LOAD DISC COMMAND FAILED ON 2:1:0
DEVICE CONTAINS NO DISC OR IS NOT READY.
04H 00H 02H 02H 57H 00H

SOMETIMES IT MIGHT COPY THE DISC BUT NOT DUPLICATE WHEN I PUT IN A BLANK CD. IT WAS WORKING FINE AND THIS HAPPENED ALL AT ONCE. I HAVEN'T LOADED ANY NEW PROGRAMS OR DONE ANYTHING THAT MIGHT HAVE AFFECTED IT.

I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND REMOVED THE ASPI DRIVERS BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THEM LOADED BACK IN.
I REMOVED AND RELOADED MICRO STUDIO 2.611

What kind of Drive are you using? If it is a Plextor drive you might try updating the Firmware from http://www.plextor.com/english/suppo...oads.html#firm

If this still doesn't work, then try burning a disc with any other type of software and see if it works. If it still has a Problem, give Plextor a call as the problem seems to be with the drive.
