I am having ASPI issues. I have followed the Troubleshooting and can't get the command promt intructions to work. I downloaded new Adaptec drivers. When I go to the command prompt for XP and try to enter " install.bat xp32 " My prompt says it is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" ????

I believe the aspi drivers are installed when you install microstudio.

For you to run the batch file you are trying to run. you have to
1.) start.....run.....command......enter.
2.) you will have a command window open
3.) in the command window you will have to set your path to where you have the files you want to run (ie: cd c:\)

4.) then you type the line "install.bat xp32"

and it should run

Exactly as GDUNS Stated, you must change to the directory that you have the install.bat file located in.

This is described in detail for Windows 2000 or XP at: http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?page...2&id=23&c=root

Solution #2 tells you exactly what to do. Or you can open the Readme.txt file from Adaptec and try to go from there.
