I am trying to upgrade to 2.2 from2.127,but my link says it is used up-what do i do?

We checked your link and it is good.

You are either copying it into your browser incorrectly or else your email program has split the link to two lines so that it will not work. Make sure the entire link (which may be on 2 lines) is copied and pasted into the Address feld in your Internet Browser.
