Version 2.126

Received download of upgrade. Installed ok. Unable to import from CDs. Also does not import or read from master database. A check on Hoster DBs shows only songs.dbf (our songs). Apparently the master database was missing from upgrade. Any ideas? Thanks.

Unhappy 2.126

I was mistaken in thinking the master database was missing. Bucket.mdb is present. It appears that the only explanation is corrupted download or other problem. We hope to hear from admin or support Monday 3/22 if possible so we can host our gig that night. Thanks.

Drive Detection

Hope you mean ver. 2.127

Go to the TOOLS Menu and select "CD/DVD Drive Defaults."

When this Menu opens, make sure a Drive is present. Even if a drive is present, Press the "OK" button anyway.

Your should be able to read in CD's now.

Hope this helps

2.126

Went to tools default drive. Clicked OK. (Have done this before and added C:\ Drive). I get same answer all the time.."C:\Hoster Songs\MON 1039-3.KMA was not found on the hard drive" or variation depending on song selected. Also Version is listed as 2.126! Continue to believe I have a faulty download.

Three points:-
Try downloading the Hoster programme again.
If you have a spare hard drive try a clean install on the same computer.
You might have to uninstall first, check it out first.
Regards from across the pond.
