Unable to use floppy disk registration

I have installed Microstudio on to a PC that is not on the net. I have saved the info to a floppy and tried it on a PC that is. I then run the runme.exe program and it says it fails to conenct to the internet. I have tried this on many PC's. They are all connectted via cable or broadband. Is there a issue with your servers or have I done something wrong. Do I need to reformat the disk and try again or does it just not work?

PS I have purchased this and downloaded from the Net and I have been emailed a registration number.
