Hoster Compression and Normalization Settings

I'm just starting with Hoster and could use some help.

What Compression Settings work best for most hoster users?
(I will have the 80 gig hard drive setup in the new portable pc)

How Many of you are using the Normalization feature, and what settings are you using with good results?

I to would like to know the best setting to use when first loading all the songs in. I have several 1000's to load and after they get all loaded and played then I figure I can spend some time after listening to them and see if more compression can be used. I would just like them loaded first with out taking up all my hard drive the first time.
