Audio/Video Glitches

heres looking for some help... using the shuttle 3 days a week... we love it ...sometime its a little stressfull, but repairable I'm sure.. 1. Audio glitch,, when we move from hoster to book or add hd we get a bleep, a blank spot, does not seem to be consistant
does it the first move for sure, this is not exceptable does anyone else have this problem...
2. when making these same type moves or changes the small screen in the work monitor goes beserk, it becomes all white with the graphics only on the screen...
3. After about 2 hours of use the graphics become scrambled not read able, on both screens, the only fix we've found is to reboot, this is also not consistant, but it happens almost every nite at least once....
I don't know if I simply have a defective unit or are these little problems are repairable,,, any help would be appricated.. Ken
