Capitalizing Titles

Using 5.02; trying to import a "custom assembly" disc. I have always used all caps for titles and cap/lower case for artist. Can't seem to figure out how to make my titles all caps when importing. Tried copying and paste but it changes the case.

If my memory serves me right I think Hoster has always done that. The only ones that didn't get changed were those imported from MP3+G and Zip files. Those being from the hard drive. Disc imports have always changed the case.

Not necessarily, the way the improt works now is different from the past. It will automatically fill is the title/artist even if you do not want it that way. I too would like to see it go to the old ways where you could just put in what you want.

Re: Capitalizing Titles

Try this it works on mine:
Set the caps lock button, double click the Title box to highlight whats in it. Enter 1 space then type all your title in this should then be all caps, then place the cursor at the beginning of the title and delete your original space and it should stay capitalized.
I have not tried pressing the import button on mine so don't know if that would make them go back to default but just try it.
You can also use this in the edit dialog if trying to change titles there.

Re: Capitalizing Titles

Thanks Roy,

I'll try it when I get home from work. Lon is right. They changed all that up.

Again thanks,

Re: Capitalizing Titles

I went ahead and tried it. It works. What works even better (in my case) is I also keep an old excel file of all my music. I just found by clicking on the Title box 3 times I can then copy and paste directly. Anyways,...

Thanks for the help!

Kelly
