Disk Not Ready

I purchased an MTU Notebook in August, which has worked great. I imported some CDGs right away. Then recently I installed the 4.11 update and tried to import CDGS and I get "disk not ready" error. Hoster can read the properties of the CDGS (can get the Brand & disk ID and see how many tracks are on it), but when I click 'import' I get 'not ready'. Media player can play the audio tracks. I don't know if this is an issue in 4.11, an OS update from Microsoft, or a combination. Anyone seen this?
Note: I have not changed any configuration settings since receiving the Notebook. I also updated and imported CDGs on my XP desktop prior to updating the Notebook. I can still import CDGs on my desktop. Possibly 4.11 has instructions to change some settings, but since I didn't have to on my desktop I didn't on my Notebook.
