4.11 removing silence error question

I have a question. I am finding many errors when trying to remove silences, then I reimport and then I am successful in removing the silence. Then about 9 more and I find another error. This is after deleting ALL my KMA files and reimporting everything from .zip. Any ideas on why I am getting so many errors and have to reimport? Am I trying to import too many at one time? Any help would be appreciated.
