Desperate for upgrade help...

I currently have Hoster 3.21 on this computer. In August of 08 I bought the upgrade to 4.0 but installed it on 2 other computers. I JUST NOW purchased the upgrade to 4.10 and it won't let me install it on here. It says I already installed it on 2 computers. Well that's impossible if I just bought it. PLEASE HELP....I NEED this computer Saturday. One of my others is completely dead (won't even boot up).
Thanks!
Jackie

If you purchased an upgrade then you need to have a previous version already installed and use the "Upgrade" to install.
Submit an emergency support email ticket and they should be able to give you exactly what steps you need to do. Hopefully they will be able to get it done by Saturday but this is very short notice and they don't work weekends.

The problem now then is that it is showing as already installed on two computers. Be sure to give them the information on the dead one to be released.

Ok what happens if I don't know the information on the dead one? I can't boot it up to look at anything. Do I just tell them what kind it was?

HA HA HA I am an idiot!!!! When I tried installing the upgrade it already had a registration code in it so I just left it. I didn't even consider the new registration code that I got when I purchased the new upgrade. I just entered the new registration code and voila...it installed...lol. Thanks for helping me through a blonde moment!!!!
