Moving Hoster Lite to a different pc

Hi

I had Hoster Lite v3.321 on a laptop, then upgraded to v4.03. The laptop started playing up so I just bought a new one. I checked the site and thought I understood what I needed to do to transfer it over, so I uninstalled it from the old laptop and tried to install it on the new one. It kept saying it only installs on one pc so I don't have it on either now! I need it on the new laptop only. Can anyone help please?

Thanks

Sharon

you need to submit a ticket to MTU support at MTU.com

you have to sign in to your account to do it.

look here:

Thanks for that. I thought it would be something MTU had to sort out but didn't want to submit a ticket before checking. I'll do a ticket.

Thanks again!

In future Remember: You need to be on line to uninstall as well as install so that MTU knows that you have removed it from a particular computer.

By "future" he means with version 4. Version 3.3xx doesn't report for it to free up the registration.
