4.06a install problem on 2nd computer
I purchased an upgrade for Hoster 4.06a to replace version 3.16 on my home computer and a Laptop last night. I am a registered owner with the proper registration # on both computers. I did the upgrade on the home computer last night and everything went great.
It works perfect. This morning I am trying to do the upgrade on the Laptop and when I get to the part that asks if you are doing an Upgrade or Remove (which it says DO NOT remove an existing installatio. Upgrade Reg Codes must find a previous version of Hoster installed) I select Upgrade. Hoster - InstallSheild Wizard then gives me a message: Please ensure that your internet connection is up and running before continuing. I have internet explorer open, I press OK and it just blinks and returns with the same message. If I press Cancel it stops any attempt to install. Any help on the subject? |

Make sure MTU isn't blocked in your firewall. That usually what causes this.

That was the problem. Everything is OK now. Firewall was blocking MTU from info off my computer or ?? Thank-You, Sphamil |
