Can\'t Launch Hoster

I installed the newest version of hoster and it was successful.
But I have several subfolders that were not scanned.
So I deleted what was scanned and somehow trying to re-scan them I don\'t know what happened but now Hoster can\'t be launched and I am getting this message:

The song database appears to be out of date, and an error occurred attempting to update it.
To remedy this, rename or delete the following file and restart Hoster:

C:\\ProgramData\\mtu.com\\Hoster\\songs.mdb

Such file I couldn\'t even find it.
Now I am nowhere to go.

Can somebody help me and explain me what (if it any) the mistake was?
I have mp3+g files, kma files and kmh in the database
I tried the option rebuil db and nothing happened neither.
I uninstalled and reinstalled Hoster and didn\'t work either.

You probably can\'t find it because (ProgramData) is in a Hidden folder.
If you open files explorer look for the option to show hidden files.
Once you have done that you should see ProgramsData follow the rest of the path. If you then find Songs.mdb delete it or rename it SongsB.mdb Then restart Hoster.

If you still have no luck you may find file (songs_backup.mdb), Rename this file Songs.mdb after Deleting original And restart Hoster again.

If you are still having Problem finding ProgramsData let me know which version of windows you are running.

I couldn\'t find a file exactly with any of the names you mentioned before, but similar, after I followed your instruction \"view hidden files\"
I tried renaming them, deleting them as the popped up message suggests to do and didn\'t work.
I noticed that in drive C: after installing Hoster appears a file named:
MTU\\karaoke files
I deleted this one, uninstalled and re-installed hoster and didn\'t work.
After reinstalled it, it was created again.
Besides, in program data appears:
mtu.com\\hoster\\and the one that it appears to be the one you said. (by now I don\'t remember its name.
I deleted this one two as suggested by the popped up message and after re-installed hoster, this one was not created again.
By now I only think that I have made the mess bigger lol.

I am using Windows 11 pro.

I am thinking of deleting all the files in the folder:
PROGRAM DATA\\MTU.COM\\HOSTER.
ALSO THE FOLDER C:\\MTU\\KARAOKE FILES, after uninstalling hoster, then re-install it and see what happens.
But I will wait for your next suggestion better. You are the expert, not me.

If Hoster is still installed make sure its closed and not running first.
Instead of deleting all the ( Hoster) folder, rename it to be on the safe side. Just name it HosterB or something like that.
then make sure you close Windows Explorer first.

Now just start Hoster dont uninstall and reinstall. Now tell us what happens.

I dont think deleting the MTU karaoke files folder would make any difference I would leave it.

I did like you indicated and renamed the file Hoster to HosterB.
I closed the explorer and launch Hoster.
Quite a little exited because Hoster opened but I got this message now and I don\'t know what is it about, nor if I have to click on \"yes\" or \"no\":

Well I would just press No see what happens, if Hoster closes down start it again and choose yes next time. Or if there is an X top right corner just close it.
It is to do the Marquee display I think once you set some of the lost settings up it will be good to go.
