I will tell you now that you will have to upgrade your DirectX to 8.1 or 9.0 and upgrade your Video drivers to support this.
You can Download DirectX 9.0 from:
http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?threadid=772
You will then need to go to your Video card Manufacturers website and update to the latest drivers for your Video card.
These items will only have to do with Playback functions, other than this you should have no problems.
