Progress does require change. Without enough employees to support telephone support MTU chose the best way they could, to provide this forum where we can help each other and if that doesn't work then Support Center Tickets to get MTU to help via email.

You are in the correct area, but needed to start your own topic or "thread" as it is called in forumese. When you open a forum by clicking on it (like Vogone Help) there is a button at the top of the topics list called "New Thread." If you click on that you start a new topic. Easy as that.

Let's get down to your problem. Before we can help you we need some more information.
What type of internet connection do you use?
What operating system is on your computer?
Are you running a firewall program? You can turn this off temporarily to install the program, then turn it back on. The best way I have found though is to add
http://www.mtu.com to your trusted sites in your Internet Options and then you won't have that problem again.
