When you get a bit more comfortable with all this, you might want to download your own midi files. A good search engine for midis is at http://www.vanbasco.com They also have a free midi player that some say is quite good. I've never used it.

You can then copy and paste your own lyrics to sing from.

A good lyrics site is:

You could then sing to music of your own choosing.

After that the best option would be to purchase MTU's Karaoke suite. You then could put it all together and create your own CDG's through Karaoke Home Producer, and play them through Microstudio, singing to your own creations fom the p.c., and saving them to disc for future use when you can afford a Karaoke Player hooked up to your tv.
