I am trying to reinstall KHPro4100n on a new hard drive in the same computer with the same mail address I have had since I bought this program. I have a hard copy of the program. I have entered all the information correctly and when it connects to the MTU site, I get a reply that this program is already registered on another computer. Anyone know why this would happen?

I have reinstalled Microstudio from the same disk a without a problem!
