Thanks for the advice George, will remember next time, (I'm new to this forum). In the meantime I looked at Lauraine's suggestion re ethernet card problem, mechanically everything seems OK. I also checked for recent Windows XP automatic updates and found that an updated XRCOM Cardbus net driver (Ver 3.14.11.0) was downloaded and installed. Would this cause a problem with opening KHpro 4?
