Well the problem has nothing to do with the lame dll or you wouldn't get any of the files up
One thing in your above statement, " I have both operating systems on my computer!" Do you mean on the same computer ?
If so I am not familiar with having both on one.
As far as I know you are the only one to have reported this particular problem so can't go by previous solutions but what I think may have happened is you may have some registry mixup from a previous version.
What I would try is click the computer start button, in the window at the bottom "search for programs and files", type
regedit this should find regedit.exe, start this then look for HKEY_CURRENT_USER and click the arrow at the left of it, scroll down to
Software and click the arrow to the side of that, then scroll down to
Micro Technology Unlimited, then highlight
Microstudio and delete it. Now start Microstudio but it will be as if you were first starting with it and will have to do all the preliminary settings as if never used before.
Other than that I would put in another support ticket. Mention this thread in your post.
