Software Downloading Problem Continues
I received all your e-mails, followed your instructions, but still can't get in. The username/password worked for you but it's still not working for me and I'm POSITIVE that I typed the password correctly as shown in the e-mails you sent me, making sure there are no leading or trailing blank spaces or tab characters.
Since we can't seem to fix this problem on-line, can I get the software sent to me in CD format?
