Send an e-mail to
support@mtu.com with the subject "MTU Contact page request" and body "This is a support question from a visitor or MTU product owner." Supply them with your order ID and your original e-mail address; I forwarded my order e-mail. They have posted on their sites & in the forum: "DO NOT assume that because you sent us an email, that we received it, or that you received our emails. Less than 40% of valid emails are being delivered today!" because of anti-spam filters.
They got back to me really quickly from there after my computer crashed (and crashed, and...)
