ALL THIS MEANS IS THAT THE MSI.DLL (INSTALLER) WAS UPDATED IF YOU DOWNLOADED SERVICE PACK #1. IF YOU LOOK AT THE PROPERTIES OF YOUR MSI.DLL AND VERSION IT SHOULD BE 2.0.2600.1106 OR HIGHER.
