Billy I was not talking about using the immediate change buttons to change it. Left-click twice on the Key block for the song you want to change, type in "-2" for 2 steps down, hit enter, then start the song and it will play 2 down. This is if you forgot to do it before adding it to the playlist.
The problem seems to be showing up with those using the "on the fly" key change. I don't here any clicks, but I do get the warbling until it settles at the new level.
