It doesn't matter if it's on the fly or not. Tried it every way I could think of. I used driver detective and updated my nvidia. No help. Do you think if I upgraded another 2GB it would help? I'm at 2.5 now. I can remove the other 512 and add another 2gb for a total of 4gb. But that's an expensive try though. Can I cut down on the amount of ram video uses somehow? I will go to the Dell site and check. I also tried an M-Audio external sound interface. Thanks for your quick response. I'll check back as I eliminate things.
