[bobcox- with the Lord]

hope someone knows the answer, it seems that every where i play clubs & bars, get contacted by ascap & bmi saying that they need to pay them a fee if they want karaoke. or they will be fined. even tho they have a licence for entertain and the jukbox they still want them to pay for karaoke. average about $700.00 a year. whats up with that ?.
