Enter your name from the order you have, and the order number. Also, if you can give us the CPU Name you entered on the computers when installing MTU software, that would help.
When a computer crashes, if our software is installed it is frozen on that computer and we must delete that record.
It is always best for this type of request to submit a Support Ticket versus post like this in the Forum.
