In May, 2000 the President of MTU was called by a manager at Sound Choice. During that conversation, the following was clearly stated to MTU:

Sound Choice's standard policy as of January 1, 2000 is that if a user even scratches a Sound Choice disc within 12 months of purchasing, Sound Choice will replace it at our cost.

Please post here if you have experienced this policy, either positive or negative. What is the actual practice Sound Choice has executed in the marketplace?
