Your problem may have been the same as mine. Looking at the date of your post I'd say you downloaded and are trying to get your serial number after 5:00 pm on a friday night. I didn't get a reply to my emails until monday afternoon because their offices are closed on weekends and the serial number is not self generating. Just hang in there and try it again on tuesday. If you sent a message to
mtuid@mtu.com you will probably get an email on monday to try again.
