I must apologize. The Vogone 3.104 FULL release file for download was a bad file.
You can click this link
Vogone Upgrade and click the DOWNLOAD button to get the corrected (latest) vogoneXXXXsetup.exe file.
FYI: The Vogone Lite and the Demo were the correct files.
