By doing the large batch you were trying you could be running out of page space and memory, preventing the program from recieving data or a response on time. Consider this. How many times are you going to be converting that many files at once? It's like importing into Hoster...it takes along time to begin with, but after that you will add much less at a time as you update your listings with the new releases.
