A note for the future.
You might have received some meaningful help from support by now if you had made the problem clear from the onset. It appeared that the problem was opening Kpro from Microstudio, not the inability to open Kpro at all.
Hopefully support will check back through the posts, but it is the weekend now, and they may not until Monday.
